We consider worship to be more than a religious ceremony. True worship is knowing
and honoring God in every aspect of our lives. Worship services are special times when we make ourselves available for an
encounter with God and prepare to live with an awareness of God’s daily presence.
Our principle worship service is at 11:00 each Sunday morning. We celebrate Holy
Communion on the first Sunday of each month. We have special worship services on Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday,
Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Ascension Day, and All Saints Sunday.
All of our worship services, including Holy Communion, are open to everyone. You
do not have to be a United Methodist to participate. Children are welcome to receive communion.
There are several ways to participate in worship leadership. The adult choir is open
to any who want to sing. Children may participate in the children's choir and serve as acolytes. Youth and adults may perform
instrumental music and serve as ushers and lay readers.
